GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Use https://www.surreycc.gov.uk/schools-and-learning/schools/admissions/primary-junior-and-infant/apply We can also accept applications for junior transfer. We are holding a final open event on Friday 10th January. Please email info@salfordsschool.org too secure a place. We also have just 3 Nursery places available for 2 year olds (or young 3s) for the end of the week, from January.

Christmas has well and truly landed at Salfords Primary School. Some of our Year 6 children sang at Greensand House Care Home - Avery Healthcare - bringing Christmas cheer to the residents.

We are capturing our pupil, parent and staff voice through a range of surveys. These will help us plan and achieve our next steps in our school's journey. The parent link has been sent to you on a poster with a QR code and via email. We asked new School Council what makes Salfords Primary School unique: 1. Caring people 2. Anyone is allowed to come 3. Your voice will always be heard 4. The opportunity to have clubs after school and toys in the playground 5. You get mufti days! 6. You get rewarded for good behaviour - Going for Gold, Star of the Week, attendance 7. We have a Nursery and Reception which are rated outstanding! 8. The teachers always listen to you. 9. You are always treated respectfully 10. We have FUN!

Come along to our Christmas Fair this Saturday midday to 2.30pm. We have an amazing range of stalls. We are using a token system (these can be pre ordered or bought on the day) and a small number of stalls will accept card payments.
